You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) or taking a gap year at a Business School or in a specialized HR degree program, with initial experience in L&D in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using an LMS and Google Sheets for reporting.
Eager to leverage AI to automate tasks and scale our learning impact.
Fluent in English.
High level of rigor and strong attention to detail.
Curious with a proactive, self-starter approach.
Adaptable to change and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
