Meet and exceed key performance metrics (KPIs) focused on Customer Satisfaction, Booked Call Rates, and First Call Resolution.
Participate in continuous weekly training and upskilling sessions to advance your professional profile.

Language: Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian; intermediate professional English (B2/C1) for training and system navigation.
Technical Skills: Solid PC literacy; familiarity with MacOS and iOS ecosystems is a strong advantage.
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 words per minute with at least 80% accuracy.
Location & Eligibility: Must be currently based in Greece or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece.
