Act as the main point of contact for supplier relationship management across software, IT services, and general business suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery against contracts and service levels.
Lead regular supplier review meetings to monitor performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage supplier escalations and resolve disputes in a professional and commercially sensible manner.
Oversee the full supplier lifecycle — onboarding, contracting, performance monitoring, renewal, and exit.
Ensure supplier contracts are current, compliant, and commercially sound.
Work with Legal and Commercial colleagues to negotiate and review terms and conditions, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Proven experience in supplier management, vendor management, or procurement — ideally within a software, IT, or technology-driven organisation.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Experience managing supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of contract management principles and risk assessment.
Competent in Microsoft Excel, contract databases, and supplier management tools.
