Conceptualize Social Media assets, or other digital solutions
Actively participate in brainstorms and ideate on social content for cultural and calendar moments
Develop creative ideas and suggest innovative ways to deliver digital content
Produce inspirational, innovative, and engaging content for social media platforms, primarily TikTok, utilizing video editing and mixed media across various formats and channels (e.g., using capcut)
Collaborate effectively with internal team members across different departments
Keep the big picture in mind while also paying extreme attention to detail, DIT and quality control over everything you produce
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging
Effectively prioritize and schedule work, anticipating potential problems and adjusting resource and time allocation accordingly
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in devising and creating social media campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a particular interest in TikTok campaigns
Skilled in photography and proficient in creating/editing images using software such as Adobe Photoshop
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Greek and English
Proficient in creative skills and attentive to details
Empathy towards understanding users’ characteristics and perspectives
Proficient in project management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively prioritizing and structuring work schedules
Degree in advertising, digital marketing or similar is preferred
