Role Overview
- Support Biologics patients through virtual assistance
- Assist patients and their caregivers in a non-clinical capacity
- Provide community resource support and health literacy sessions
- Coordinate and lead monthly peer support groups
- Ensure accurate data entry in the system of record
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma required
- CHW certification or training preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in community outreach and health advocacy with direct patient interaction
- Ability to guide and support individuals in accessing health resources
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Flexible availability for multiple shifts and occasional travel
