BAU Asset Creation & Document Design: Design and format high-impact client pitches, brochures, one-page documents, and PDFs in both digital and print-ready formats.
Master PowerPoint and Word formatting, applying and creating branded templates to ensure absolute consistency and ease of use.
Execute regional adaptations, resizing, and quick profile updates/basic design edits across various collateral.
Digital & Social Media Design: Create engaging assets for social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube), including static posts, carousels, and banners, with a strong grasp of platform-specific best practices.
Produce static and motion-based assets, including animations, GIFs, and basic motion graphics.
Collaborate on interactive digital projects, using tools like Figma, Ceros, or similar platforms to build immersive microsites, interactive reports, and data visualizations.
Brand Consistency & Evolution: Act as a brand guardian, demonstrating a flawless understanding of complex brand guidelines and applying them uniformly across all global assets.
Support periodic brand refreshes (color palettes, typography, illustration styles, motion identity) and design event-specific identities or product sub-brands.
Proactively suggest visual identity refinements in collaboration with the account's core brand team.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of design experience, ideally within an ad agency or a fast-paced in-house corporate design team.
Software Mastery: * Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong proficiency in Figma and/or interactive platforms like Ceros.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Word for template creation and formatting).
Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics/GIFs is a strong plus.
The Agency Mindset: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate across global time zones for urgent requests.
Asset Management: Experience working with different stock/media libraries and maintaining organized asset files.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, layout expertise (especially multi-page documents and decks), and a solid grasp of corporate brand systems.
