Coordinate the HR Shared Services Center (SSC) satellite stations across all company sites, ensuring uniform execution, consistent service delivery, and adherence to defined operational standards;
Serve as the link between HR operational strategy and local execution, ensuring guidelines, workflows and service level agreements (SLAs) are properly applied;
Monitor service quality, demand volumes, deadlines and the recurrence of errors or rework, proposing operational adjustments when necessary;
Lead, develop and engage teams at the SSC satellite stations, promoting alignment, clarity of roles and service focus;
Ensure appropriate staffing levels, work schedules and operational coverage according to the criticality of each site;
Support the technical and behavioral development of the team, in partnership with HR leadership;
Ensure SSC operational processes are executed in a standardized manner across factories, distribution centers, stores, call center and corporate office;
Identify execution deviations, operational risks and improvement opportunities, working jointly with the HR Operations Management team;
Support the rollout of centrally defined operational changes, ensuring correct implementation at the sites;
Act as the primary operational liaison between the HR SSC and site managers;
Manage expectations, resolve operational issues and communicate clearly about deadlines, responsibilities and the SSC’s scope of action.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields);
Previous experience in HR Shared Services Center, HR operations or large-scale service delivery;
Experience in geographically distributed operations with a high number of employees;
Ability to coordinate operations, manage teams and work in a matrixed environment;
Strong service orientation, organizational skills, communication and operational discipline;
