Role Overview
Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming requests, warm prospects).
Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, and reminders).
Quickly qualify restaurant owners' business needs.
Clearly present RusHour's offerings and their value proposition.
Manage the entire sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing.
Update the CRM and maintain rigorous pipeline tracking.
Meet and exceed monthly contract-signing targets.
Quickly ramp up on our products, market, and tools.
Requirements
Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money.
Comfortable on the phone, with a real ability to persuade.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
Results
and performance-oriented mindset.
Experience in B2B sales / closing / cold calling is a plus but not required.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable.
