HawkSEM is a results-driven digital marketing agency focused on increasing clients' profits through integrated digital marketing solutions. The Growth Account Executive will lead outbound sales efforts, utilizing consultative selling techniques to win new business and drive client revenue through PPC, SEO, and Paid Social Media services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to identify and target ideal client profiles with a personalized approach and maintain a growing sales pipeline
- Lead discovery calls and drive interest by leveraging existing agency case studies and other sales and marketing resources
- Collaborate with SMEs from the account operations team to translate client business goals into strategic digital marketing solutions and create in-depth sales proposals
- Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge of HawkSEM’s services to accurately demonstrate their value to prospective clients
- Identify prospective client pain points and follow up regularly throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Lead proposal presentations, using your rapport and winning pitch to articulate ROI and close the deal
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work as a team player alongside fellow Account Executives, helping to improve sales processes over time
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of full cycle sales experience, specifically selling digital marketing services in an agency setting
- Proven track record of prospecting and qualifying outbound leads, and closing new business - both a hunter and a closer mindset
- Must display a strong knowledge of HawkSEM services: PPC (Google Ads), SEO, and Paid Social Media (Meta Ads)
- Demonstrated success achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue quotas
- Ability to build strong relationships with digital marketing account managers and other internal SMEs to put together winning sales proposals
- Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM, Asana, and Google Workspace for project and client management
- A knack for identifying client needs, taking a consultative approach, and putting together the right solutions to meet those needs
- Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability when there is no supervision (very important for remote teams)
