Role Overview
- Design, build, and maintain custom AI agents
- Use tools like Zapier, Glean, and Gemini for workflow automation
- Collaborate closely with Technology teams for AI-enabled workflows
- Develop a library of high-performing prompts and models
- Vet new tools and vendors in collaboration with Technology counterparts
- Host 'AI Office Hours' to upskill the marketing team
- Build and maintain an internal 'AI Playbook'
- Develop and optimize marketing AI performance measurement systems
- Liaise with AI Governance teams to mitigate risks
- Coach marketers through AI integration
Requirements
- Deep experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
- Mastery of automation platforms to connect APIs
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of AI ethics, copyright issues, and data security
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, AI, Marketing, Operations or similar field
