Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing through selection and offer delivery
Partner with hiring managers through structured intake and ongoing consultation
Manage recruiting funnels and pipelines to deliver timely, qualified candidate slates
Guide hiring managers and interview teams on selection best practices
Negotiate offers within established guidelines and coordinate required approvals
Deliver a consistent, transparent, and human-centered candidate experience
Maintain accurate, compliant data and strong requisition hygiene in recruiting systems
Support team-wide hiring needs through sourcing and pipeline assistance as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting entry-level, mid-level, or high-volume roles
Strong consultative and stakeholder partnership skills
Experience advising on offer strategy and negotiating within guidelines
Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and a compliance-focused mindset
