Role Overview
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email and phone
- Manage and support customer accounts within your assigned region
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Prepare and manage quotations and data in billing systems
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate end-to-end processes
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Vocational training as an office clerk or degree in life sciences or veterinary sciences
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in French or Spanish and English
- Proficient in common Microsoft Office programs
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
