Support the Regional Office and local commercial teams in monitoring performance, driving business development, and strengthening market intelligence across Oman.
Monitor, analyze, and track commercial KPIs across Oman trade activities.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency, including proper input from sales teams.
Take ownership of KPI follow-up and performance tracking.
Provide detailed performance analysis by customer, trade lane, and market segment.
Deliver actionable recommendations to improve commercial performance.
Drive the adoption and commercial use of the SpotOn platform.
Monitor and analyze digital KPIs such as booking performance, active users, conversion rates, and repeat business.
Conduct market studies to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
Analyze customer trends and market dynamics within the region.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports for internal stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact for commercial data and insights.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business analysis, or related roles
Strong interest in shipping, logistics, or commercial operations
Solid analytical skills with a strong focus on KPIs and performance tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools (e.g., QlikSense or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and high-responsibility environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
