Lead the construction and evolution of models, rules and analytical solutions in production, ensuring their application in journeys, campaigns and decision-making processes, as well as monitoring performance and value generation.
Measure and communicate the impact of initiatives, tracking adoption, performance, efficiency and business value indicators.
Requirements
Proven experience in people leadership, including team management and development, goal definition, prioritization, performance monitoring and conducting feedback.
Experience leading or acting as a senior member of data science teams, with exposure to complex analytical problems and applying models to support business decisions and process automation.
Experience in relevant stages of the model lifecycle, including modeling, validation and monitoring of deployment in production environments.
Strong fundamentals in statistics and machine learning, including experimental design, model performance evaluation and interpretation of results.
Proficiency in SQL and in at least one language for analysis/modeling (Python or R).
Ability to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical audiences, connecting analytical findings to business decisions and priorities.
Knowledge of governance, privacy practices and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) applied to the use of data.
