Responsibility for quality assurance of complex software solutions
Planning and management of testing activities
Coordination of test teams and close collaboration with developers, project managers and clients
Advising our clients on establishing modern test management and test automation methods
Supporting all phases of software testing and further developing test methods and standards
Creating test strategies and test case scenarios as well as planning and organizing test activities
Evaluating and documenting test results and aligning them with clients
Leading and coordinating agile test teams
Implementing and using test automation tools to scale testing

Experience designing and implementing test strategies and leading agile test teams
Analytical and conceptual skills in software testing or test management (according to ISTQB standard)
Knowledge of software development or programming and experience with test management and automation tools such as Cucumber, X-Ray/Jira, Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright, Tosca
Ideally, initial experience in the financial services sector
Independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to communicate with empathy
Fluent German (at least C1)
