About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in regard to their professional services engagement, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client needs, expectations, and strategic objectives to ensure alignment with service delivery.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of professional services projects.
Collaborate with project teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Identify and address resource gaps or challenges proactively.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Identify potential risks and issues related to service delivery and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential issues.
Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar role within Professional Services.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies for professional services delivery.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges during project execution.
Strategic thinking with the ability to convey complex API concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a plus.
