Project and planning experience: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams – coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver on time. Experience in onboarding, planning, or implementation roles within aviation is highly valued
flydocs product familiarity : Experience with flydocs DRM and/or LAM products, or equivalent records management and asset management platforms. Familiarity with how these tools are used operationally by airline and lessor customers is a significant advantage
Stakeholder and change management : Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels – from operational teams to senior customer contacts. Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings, workshops, and status reviews
Data and reporting skills : Strong analytical approach with experience using tools to track performance, identify risks, and support decision-making
Digital transformation experience : Experience supporting customers through digitisation or system migration projects, particularly in compliance-heavy or records-intensive environments
SaaS implementation experience : Exposure to SaaS product rollouts, software integrations, or structured implementation methodologies. Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus but not required
