Role Overview
- Prepare technical documentation for projects, environments, and operational processes
- Create high-level architecture and environment diagrams
- Document software components and their respective functionalities
- Develop operational procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Structure documentation aimed at operations, support, and engineering teams
- Apply methodologies and best practices for technical documentation
- Organize knowledge bases and documentation standards
- Support knowledge transfer between technical and non-technical areas
- Produce materials that enable teams outside engineering to support the business
- Work directly with engineering teams to gain technical understanding of environments
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Experience in technical documentation for corporate environments
- Experience documenting infrastructure, operations, and engineering
- Knowledge of technical diagrams and environment architecture
- Experience with operational procedures and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with data center environments and IT operations
- Consultative, organized, and analytical profile
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation
