Learning & Development Coach

Role Overview

• Deliver engaging site inductions, mandatory training and role-specific learning across multiple areas of operations
• Coach and develop new starters and existing colleagues
• Identify training needs through observation, audit and collaboration
• Design, develop and deliver locally run training programmes
• Maintain accurate training records and site training matrix

Requirements

• Proven experience working within an operational warehouse environment in multiple functions such as inbound, outbound and returns
• Demonstrable experience delivering training or coaching within a fast-paced operation
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexible, people-focused approach
• Willingness to gain relevant trainer qualifications such as IOSH, manual handling and train-the-trainer
