Oversee patient access functions within Ensemble Health Partners
Identify and implement strategies to improve processes and operational efficiency
Enhance patient experience and ensure regulatory compliance
Make day-to-day leadership decisions and effectively communicate them
Achieve results by exercising influential leadership and coaching team members
Share delegation of authority and responsibilities while ensuring outcomes
Manage budget and resources for optimal output
Foster collaborative relationships with operational leaders
Maintain effective communication within the facility and market
Direct hiring and training for leadership and patient access staff
Evaluate staffing levels and strengthen recruiting efforts
Promote team-building relationships across responsible areas
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of leadership experience
3+ years of Patient Access experience in a hospital or large health system
Demonstrated experience leading front-end revenue cycle functions, including point-of-service collections and denial prevention
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI
Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance
Financial and project management experience required
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required
Excels in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire (Ensemble supported)
