supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience
completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary
supports business case development and makes effective recommendations for digital experiences
manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences
partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners
participates in product-specific marketing initiatives
supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs
coordinates reporting and effectively recommends modifications to improve results
Requirements
university / college degree
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
