RateGain is a company focused on performance marketing solutions in the ad tech space. The Senior Product Manager will drive the development of reporting, analytics, and optimization for Adara's media products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the voice of the customer and collaborating with the product management team to translate their needs into compelling products or features
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and create a detailed product roadmap to optimize cost of ownership and optimization for Ad Tech Services
- Understanding the workflow of internal customers and envisioning better features that will enhance the satisfaction of both internal and external customers with Adara’s delivery of paid media services
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand stakeholders' (customer and media operation team) pain points, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Communicating a clear roadmap both internally and externally to Adara constituents, while maintaining a backlog for internal Scrum ceremonies for execution
- Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Gathering feedback from customers, sales teams, and media ad operation team to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new features. This includes analyzing data across clients to improve and implement optimization strategies
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Adara's ad tech products and services
- Coordinating and executing product launches, ensuring effective communication across all departments and successful market adoption
- Developing and delivering product training to customer success and ad operation teams to enhance product knowledge and customer support capabilities
- Working closely with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party technologies and data sources into Adara's ad tech ecosystem to facilitate optimization in service delivery
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role
- 5 years of experience with DSP, Adserver, and the broader ad tech ecosystem (SSP, DMP, etc.), including optimizing programmatic performance across these solutions
- Understanding of how Adtech and Martech overlap, particularly in analytics and measurement solutions
- Shared accountability for managed media campaign performance, success, and revenue (growth and retention) with the teams servicing clients
- The ability to grasp both the commercial and technical aspects of product development with prior experience in executing product roadmaps
- Proven expertise in understanding customer needs and pain points
- Ability to perform independent data analysis with intermediate SQL skills in a cloud environment
- Effective collaboration across multiple global time zones
- Prior experience working with cloud applications or measurement products is considered a plus
