Manager, Financial Planning and Cost Analysis

Role Overview

• Manage all facets of the planning/forecasting cycles for the Organization.
• Perform management responsibilities including hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Direct the completion of revenue, claim and administrative expense components of the forecast.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• 5 years in Finance
• 3 years in a management role
• Preferred: Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
