Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the Practice’s operations.
Manage a team of Practice Directors and work closely with counterparts to ensure operational consistency across the Practice.
Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions for consideration.
Build strategic relationships with clients and forge new business.
Represent the management team at quarterly board meetings for a multi-center joint venture.

Experience in healthcare services, preferably physician practice management.
MBA preferred, not required.
10 years in healthcare services.
Effective use of Technology and Teleconferencing to engage both RP Personnel and Clients effectively.
20-40% Regional Travel required.
