Requirements
- 15+ years of experience working in pharma industry
- minimum of 5 years in leadership roles
- demonstrated track record of success in maintaining compliant supply and developing teams
- has led teams in GMP & regulatory environments
- experience developing OPEX M&B in leaders and teams; demonstrated successful OPEX transformational leadership
- appropriate academic background (Bachelor’s in Science / Engineering)
