About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement strategic accounts plans to drive revenue growth and retention
Implement sales processes and account management framework
Provide functional leadership and drive accountability
Collaborate closely with peers and colleagues across departments
Work with business leaders to incorporate client feedback in new products and solutions
Requirements
15+ years of experience in sales management and sales leadership
Strong knowledge of the Energy and Chemicals industry
Proven sales leadership in large and complex accounts
Decisive, action-oriented leader
Established relationships at C-suite and executive levels
Proven communication, solution selling, persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Solid account planning and portfolio outcome management
Willingness to travel globally
University degree or relevant work experience in the Energy industry
