Senior Integrated Marketing Strategist

Role Overview

• Lead the team that takes WordPress VIP’s go-to-market story to the field.
• Own the integrated marketing motion end-to-end.
• Lead a small, senior team including Integrated Marketing Strategists, Partner Marketing Specialist, Experiential Marketers.
• Run integrated programs across industries drawing on a shared intelligence layer.
• Set the strategy and the operating rhythm.
• Own the integrated marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

• Significant B2B integrated marketing experience, ideally enterprise SaaS or technology.
• Track record of building and developing high-performing senior IC teams.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
• Strong commercial instinct.
• Active use of AI tools in work today.
• Ability to interrogate data, ask questions, and tell a story behind the numbers.
• Calm under pressure and strong cross-functional partner.
