Active new-business development: You use every channel that works — field sales, phone, in-person visits. You decide what moves the deal
On-site presence: Whether at trade shows or directly at the dealership, personal contact is your strongest tool to build trust and seal deals
Needs-based consulting: You understand daily life at the dealership, identify your conversation partners’ needs and clearly demonstrate the benefits for them
Team player with initiative: When you need support, you get it from our HQ in Cologne. You remove obstacles rather than failing because of them
Requirements
Sales experience: At least five years in B2B sales of complex, consultative products (ideally automotive retail, fleet management or similar)
Pioneer mentality: You have acquired new customers yourself and actively built your own base instead of just processing leads from headquarters. You are passionate about market launches
Grit and self-motivation: You look for solutions instead of excuses, work extremely independently from a home office and consistently close deals
Careful documentation: You record contacts and appointments diligently in the CRM, keep an overview and leave no follow-ups undone
Strong people skills: You build trust by genuinely listening, not by using rehearsed phrases
Clear communication: You speak German at C2 level, are based in Austria and communicate the way decision-makers at dealerships think — directly, reliably, with local sensitivity and on an equal footing
