administering cognitive testing to research participants
coordinating biomarker visits including blood draws, MRIs, and lumbar punctures
engaging in data collection
coordinating other aspects of study execution
ensuring participants follow the research protocol
alerting Principal Investigator of issues
managing supply and equipment inventory levels
recruiting, screening, selecting, determining eligibility, and enrolling trial participants
collecting more complex information, performing medical assessments, and answering varied questions under supervision of a medically licensed professional
scheduling logistics, determining workflows, and securing resources for clinical research trials
contributing to the development of protocols
Requirements
At least one year of experience in human-subject research or health care setting.
Previous work experience in customer service
Previous work experience with individuals with cognitive decline
Previous work experience with older adults
Experience with imaging, biomarkers, and/or psychometric testing desired, but not required. Training provided.
Bachelor Degree preferred; Focus of study in a relevant field such as, but not limited to, biological sciences, psychology, sociology, social work, or health care-related field is preferred.
