Support the sales and consulting team in delivering outstanding service to clients
Act as a change champion, driving process improvement initiatives to enhance client experiences
Configure and implement DNA Core Processing Functionality
Document client and internal discussions and decisions for reference
Execute assigned duties and groups of work efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with clients to evaluate readiness for conversion and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite
Provide backup support to Principal Consultants
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
5+ years of experience with DNA Core system
10+ years of expertise within the financial industry, specializing in finance, accounting, back-office processing, deposit operations, or retail deposit
Must have a minimum of 3 years implementing deposit products/modules and features of DNA
Strong analytical thinking and strategic consulting skills
Highly motivated to meet deliverables and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Core system administration experience
Ability to travel up to 50-75%, including weekends and holidays
