Lead the definition of branded content strategies aligned with the business objectives of brands
Identify consumer insights, cultural trends, and relevant innovation opportunities
Develop ideas, creative concepts, and impactful narratives (storytelling)
Create and present strategic and creative proposals in client contexts and pitches
Design distinctive content formats and experiences tailored to multiple platforms
Identify growth opportunities within existing clients or new business
Contribute to the development of commercial and strategic proposals
Build and strengthen partnerships with platforms, creators, talent, and other ecosystem players
Ensure strategic alignment throughout project development
Guide internal teams and partners during execution, ensuring quality and consistency
Support overall project planning while maintaining focus on strategic objectives

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
Strategic and creative thinking
Strong understanding of the brand, media, and content ecosystem
Ability to translate insights into ideas
Organized, autonomous, and able to manage priorities
Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
Critical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proficient in PowerPoint / Keynote
Knowledge of digital platforms and social media
Familiarity with content distribution channels (owned, earned, paid)
