About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate customer orders, service requests, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery
Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying risks and driving actions to maintain high performance standards
Produce and analyse operational reports and dashboards to provide insight and support decision-making
Manage escalations, resolve operational issues, and contribute to service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee inventory, stock movements, and supplier coordination to support operational efficiency and scalability
Support billing processes, supplier invoicing, and resolution of financial queries
Drive internal projects and ensure delivery commitments are met within strict deadlines and contractual requirements
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
