About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for revenue development and sales projects in the Foot & Ankle product area for designated customers in the DACH region
Support the field sales team in acquiring new customers and in managing strategically important existing customers – including surgical/OR attendance, workshops and mini-labs
Close collaboration with Marketing Management on developing and implementing product launch strategies (e.g., commercialization, reimbursement), preparing market and competitor analyses, and planning and executing targeted marketing activities
Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, the outpatient care division and Medical Education across the DACH region
Active participation in conferences, congresses and workshops
Management and support of key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Contribute to internal and external communication on all relevant Foot & Ankle topics – in close coordination with Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders
Support training of the field sales team
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, STEM) or equivalent qualification through relevant vocational training (e.g., in the medical field, OTA/CTA) with substantial professional experience
Minimum 3 years of successful experience selling medical devices using a strategic sales approach (ideally in implants / surgery / OR technologies)
Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, enthusiasm and a strong drive to succeed
Excellent team skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
High initiative and a solution-oriented approach
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and conceptual skills
Good knowledge of MS Office 365
Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken)
Valid driver’s license (Class B) and approximately 75% travel availability within the specified region
Advantageous: Experience in orthopedics / sports medicine (arthroscopy, endoscopy)
