Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong understanding of Czech labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
