Customer Advisor – Customer Service

Role Overview

• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to outbound and return shipments
• Answering questions about customer accounts and payment transactions
• Handling customer requests and complaints
• Processing customer orders
• Recording changes to customer and delivery addresses
• Responding to questions about products, as well as warranty and statutory warranty matters

Requirements

• Strong customer orientation, empathy and excellent communication skills
• Structured and holistic way of thinking
• Experience working with computers and data-entry/software systems
• Good written and spoken German
• Flexibility to work shifts within the time window Monday–Sunday, 08:00–24:00
