About this role
Role Overview
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to outbound and return shipments
Answering questions about customer accounts and payment transactions
Handling customer requests and complaints
Processing customer orders
Recording changes to customer and delivery addresses
Responding to questions about products, as well as warranty and statutory warranty matters
Requirements
Strong customer orientation, empathy and excellent communication skills
Structured and holistic way of thinking
Experience working with computers and data-entry/software systems
Good written and spoken German
Flexibility to work shifts within the time window Monday–Sunday, 08:00–24:00
