About this role
Role Overview
- Support day-to-day IT operations, including user onboarding and offboarding, account setup, and maintaining access across systems.
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with ticket triage in Jira Service Management, perform device checks, and support routine system maintenance.
- Contribute to automation initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, including improving incident reporting workflows and strengthening overall IT security practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (enrolled for the full duration of the internship)
- Strong interest in IT operations, automation and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python or PowerShell preferred)
- Basic understanding of JSON and API concepts is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken
- Full-time availability for a 6-month internship
- Strong interest in sustainability.
