About this role
Role Overview
Driving ART Execution & Flow
Facilitate ART events like PI Planning, System Demos, or ART Sync.
Own and optimize the flow of value across the ART, tracking metrics like predictability, throughput, and lead time.
Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of cross-team impediments and dependencies.
Operate as part of the PM / SA / RTE triad, aligning delivery priorities with business objectives.
Enabling Teams & Continuous Improvement
Coach Team Leads, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe practices.
Drive retrospective outcomes into actionable improvements (not just facilitation, but follow-through).
Support teams in backlog health, sprint execution, and sustainable delivery cadence.
Define and maintain ART-level performance metrics and make them visible to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
Provide transparency to leadership on ART progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Coordinate with other ARTs and stakeholders across the VW Group where dependencies exist.
Support budget and capacity discussions with data-backed input from ART metrics.
Drive the Lean-Agile cultural transformation across the ART, promoting a growth mindset and a shared responsibility for value delivery.
Requirements
5+ years in Agile environments, with at least 2 in an RTE, Agile Program Lead, or equivalent ART-level coordination role.
Solid hands-on experience with SAFe at the ART level; familiarity with PI Planning, program-level ceremonies, and ART metrics.
Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and remove impediments at scale.
Comfortable communicating delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to both technical teams and senior leadership.
Data-driven: uses metrics to diagnose problems and measure improvements, not just to report.
Fluent German and English proficiency.
Benefits
Fully remote work capability, with an option to work from our office when needed.
Access to professional development tools and free language courses.
Flexible working hours to accommodate personal and professional needs.
A competitive holiday package and access to a variety of employee discounts.
