Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management
Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management
Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Pall filters, coalescers and housings in the Energy+ markets
Identify and prioritize high-impact customer capacity expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion
Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Pall (Field Application Specialists, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and implement effective sales strategies that address customers’ needs promptly and secure sales opportunities
Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work
Using tools such as account plans while maintaining a strong, regular customer presence with multiple daily high-level face-to-face customer interactions
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries
Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree) or equivalent experience considered
Experience in consumables sales as well as capital equipment is desired
Valid Driver's License
Ability to travel – minimum 75% travel (including overnight travel, as applicable)
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb
