About this role
Role Overview
Influence and execute a UK channel sales strategy focused on partner-led revenue growth.
Leverage our existing distribution and reseller network to expand market reach and activate new opportunities.
Build, manage and grow high value partner relationships that produce qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
Generate sales enablement material for partners.
Enable partners to sell CybSafe successfully through training, joint selling, messaging support and field engagement.
Run partner campaigns, events and go to market initiatives with marketing and sales.
Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management across CRM and PRM.
Lead partner business reviews and ensure clear accountability against revenue targets.
Represent the voice of channel partners internally and influence our channel programme and strategy.
Travel to key partners, customers and industry events as needed.
Requirements
3 or more years of channel sales or partnership management experience in SaaS or (ideally) cybersecurity.
A proven record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact.
A hunter mindset with strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and confidence in the field.
Excellent communication and relationship building abilities with partners and internal teams.
The strategic mindset and capability necessary to turn our channel goals into a measurable and sequenced plan of action.
A process-orientated, step by step approach to engaging, onboarding and enabling partners.
Experience defining channel KPIs and using them to steer predictable partner performance.
Developing and delivering partner marketing, enablement and training materials.
A self starter attitude, an ownership mindset and the ability to operate at pace in a scaling business.
Experience selling into mid market and enterprise environments.
Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools and a disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
