About this role
Role Overview
Execute the CHB sales strategy in alignment with commercial leadership
Define and articulate CHB value propositions and key differentiators to customers
Support RFIs/RFQs by developing competitive pricing and tailored solutions
Partner with Sales to identify new opportunities, drive cross-selling, and expand the pipeline
Act as a subject matter expert in customer engagements and strategic discussions
Prepare customer presentations, manage day-to-day client interactions, and support ongoing sales efforts
Participate in key account reviews and maintain strong customer engagement
Lead implementation post-award, ensuring full onboarding readiness prior to go-live (system setup, POA receipt, and cross-functional coordination)
Support sales teams with credit applications, client setup, and revenue enablement
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in SFDC.
Requirements
Customs Broker’s License preferred
8–10+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Trade Compliance, and commercial/business development roles
Strong understanding of CHB products, global supply chains, and brokerage requirements (QBRs, KPIs, reporting)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset
Experience supporting Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Technology, and/or Automotive industries strongly preferred
Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.
