Project and Training Coordinator – Public Sector

Role Overview

• Support the Microsoft-aligned sales organization through project management tool optimization.
• Coordinate and track training initiatives for Microsoft-aligned teams.
• Maintain Trello boards and lead onboarding and ongoing training on Microsoft programs and product licensing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure workflow alignment and task execution.
• Facilitate ongoing refresher training related to licensing updates, workflow changes, and program evolution.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher, 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting Microsoft licensing, renewals, or maintenance programs preferred.
• 1+ year of experience delivering training, with training on Microsoft programs, products, or licensing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
