10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
Expertise in observability, alerting, and reliability engineering
Strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Significant experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, or similarly regulated environments
Hands-on experience across Linux (RHEL) and Windows
Demonstrated leadership in incident management, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement
Ability to operate effectively at Staff level
