Role Overview
- Management of the Windows and Citrix environment
- Administration of the virtualization environment
- Software distribution and administration of the VoIP phone system
- Oversee network, backups and permissions
- Improve and document processes and think in terms of AI/automation
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT administration experience
- IT specialist (System Integration) or equivalent qualification
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory; ideally Citrix, VMware, WSUS and/or storage systems
- Comfortable with networking & security basics, software distribution & VoIP
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and ticketing systems is a plus
- German: at least C2 (near-native)
