The Advanced Analytics Cognos Administrator is responsible for the Installation configuration, administration, developer support, and on-call support of the reporting and analytical solutions for the business community. The Cognos Administrator is responsible for support and upgrade environments to Cognos v11 and for internal customer (reporting developers) facing activities of proposing solutions, and validating that these solutions meet the needs of the business. The Cognos Administrator must have strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills. The team member will have exposure to tool administration, installation, configuration, code deployment, security administration, data analysis, querying and troubleshooting. The job entails working with all aspects of Cognos in a Data Warehouse and Operational Data Store environment interacting with business units and enabling groups.

10 Years designing, developing, and administering Business Intelligence applications. Experience should include maintenance and support activities, performance monitoring and tuning, upgrading versions, software configuration, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, and general IT processes such as Change Management, Configuration Management, Problem Resolution, and Incident Tracking required.

Cognos R11 upgrade experience required.

Power BI Administration and Development Experience is a plus
