Requirements
You have prior experience (approx. 1–2 years) in copywriting, ideally in performance marketing or social media
You are familiar with direct response copywriting and are passionate about sales psychology
You understand why copy works and study buying psychology, hooks, and sales logic — you want to master this craft
You dive deep into audiences analytically and methodically and know how to excite them about a product
You're a social media nerd who knows every trend and how to adapt it for your work
You enjoy working data-driven and are willing to learn the Ads Managers of Meta and TikTok
You are organized, eager to learn, and want to develop professionally quickly.
