Manage, develop and drive Brazil's media and performance strategy in collaboration with South America leadership
Translate brand and business objectives into full-funnel media strategies that maximize performance and efficiency
Partner with media agencies, challenging proposed strategies based on business briefings, sales targets and market data
Ensure cross-channel efficiency, with expertise in offline media (e.g., Globo, broadcast TV) and online/performance media (e.g., Google Ads, social media, programmatic)
Monitor and ensure campaign optimization based on data, KPIs and performance
Manage the local budget, recommending optimal investment allocation and ensuring financial organization and control
Drive media innovation, ensuring the best leverage of partnerships
Work in an integrated manner aligned with business objectives alongside internal stakeholders
Lead and inspire the media and performance team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Advanced or fluent English
Strong experience in integrated media strategies (offline + online), focused on performance and measurement of results, aligned with business objectives
Strong analytical skills
Experience working with agencies and/or on the advertiser (client) side
Previous experience with major advertisers and budget management
Ability to lead teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Strong organization and discipline for detailed budget control.
