Plan, execute and monitor merchandising and sampling (tasting) activities at points of sale (POS), ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, results analysis and support for field teams.
Plan, organize and oversee sampling and merchandising activities at points of sale.
Ensure correct implementation of promotional materials (POP) and negotiated display spaces.
Consolidate costs, analyze sell-out results and prepare management reports.
Manage merchandising assets and materials, controlling distribution, usage and return.
Document and monitor activities using photographic reports.
Develop and monitor incentive campaigns for promoter teams.
Support operational management of promoters and freelancers, including payments and training.
Perform administrative and financial processes such as invoice entry, reimbursements and expense control.
Generate insights and recommendations to optimize trade marketing activities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising.
Experience: Experience in Trade Marketing Merchandising, preferably focused on retail and wholesale.
Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office; proven intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Skills: Strategic thinking and analytical ability; organizational and planning skills; communication skills and ability to present results; strong time management and organization; ability to work in a team and proactively.
