About this role
Role Overview
Lead and evolve SoftExpert Academy initiatives;
Plan, organize and operationalize certification programs, learning tracks and engagement activities;
Manage timelines, deliverables and alignments with the teams involved in the operation;
Support the development and execution of community, relationship and ecosystem retention strategies;
Develop initiatives to increase enrollment, participation, recurrence and engagement of Academy audiences;
Work in partnership with global teams, product specialists, branding, growth, customer success and events;
Structure processes, workflows and operational governance for the Academy;
Monitor engagement, retention, participation and program performance indicators and metrics;
Support integrated campaigns and initiatives across education, communities and strategic events;
Ensure excellence in communication, participant experience and operational execution of initiatives;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and scalability of processes.
Requirements
Experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B technology companies, SaaS or environments focused on communities and relationship management;
Experience managing projects, campaigns and cross-functional initiatives;
Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously with organization and autonomy;
Strong analytical skills and a metrics
and results-oriented mindset;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience structuring processes and operations;
Ability to build relationships with different areas and stakeholders;
English at intermediate level or higher.
Differentials
