Role Overview
Develops strategic, mission‑driven content that elevates the organization’s brand, supports engagement and fundraising goals, and strengthens audience connection.
Creates high-quality written and visual content across digital and print channels.
Develops campaign landing pages, embeds and optimizes donation experiences, and provides insights through ongoing KPI reporting.
Responsible for developing, producing, and managing compelling content that tells the organization’s story.
Lead and execute all social media initiatives to ensure robust/relevant content is shared.
Supports media inquiries, press releases, and requests from reporters, in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
Produces standard graphic design assets (e.g. flyers, social graphics, digital ads, reports), ensuring branding alignment.
Collaborates with colleagues to create and disseminate print and digital marcomm pieces.
Maintains and manages editorial content calendar and communication workflows (internal/external).
Coordinates marketing intake and intake workflow management, supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications with prioritizing projects.
Conceptualizes and develops creative content across several focused and overlapping campaigns.
Collects, analyzes, and reports on KPIs, including email performance, web traffic, social engagement, and campaign results.
Creates and optimizes landing pages for campaigns, events, and programs (copy, layout, SEO, A/B tests).
Develops and deploys monthly external e-newsletter and weekly internal updates.
Manages vendors, such as coordinating with print vendors, external photographers, videographers, and graphic designers, to receive collateral and ensure brand standards are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (e.g., Journalism, Graphic Design, Creative Writing) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience, OR minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and utilizing basic graphic design tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and on time.
Project management experience preferred, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Additional pay of 10% of your salary up to $7,500 per year (available after 6 months of employment) to use towards a menu of benefits such as: additional health benefits, dental, vision, long-term disability short-term disability, 403b plan, a Roth option, legal coverage, dependent care, flexible spending, and taxable spending.
Taxable spending may be used for health club membership, fitness activities, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, among other options.
Paid Time Off (“PTO”): PTO starts accruing the first day of employment and accrues at a rate of 35 days in a 12-month period.
PTO days are used for all days off, including holidays and sick time so you have maximum flexibility in the use of your PTO.
Timing of vacations may be dependent on client needs, as that’s our first priority.
PTO goes up to 40 days after 5 years.
Additional PTO for FMLA-related reasons up to 20 days.

Regular expert training on evidence-based therapy modalities, which includes being able to earn Continuing Education Units.
