Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced predictive models and AI/ML solutions that support commercial decisions across the Vaccines portfolio.
Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Public Health, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams to translate business and public health questions into analytical plans.
Build, validate, and operationalize end-to-end machine learning workflows.
Develop and apply AI/ML methods to vaccines-specific commercial challenges, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to senior commercial and public health leaders.

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling, with at least 3 years in a pharmaceutical or biotech commercial setting, preferably with vaccines or immunology exposure.
Strong programming skills in Python or R
Experience with relevant ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional commercial analytics projects and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization spanning both commercial and public health priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear commercial and public health recommendations for vaccines business leaders.
